Welcome to our Confirmation web page!

Our online registration for youth to be confirmed in May/June 2026 will be available starting August 1st, 2025.

Please note that our sacramental prep program is open to parishioners of St. Timothy and those living within our parish boundaries.

The sacrament of confirmation (CON) is celebrated in Grade 7 within the Archdiocese of Toronto.

Parish Boundary Schools

Students attending St. Timothy C.S. and Divine Mercy C.S. will receive their sacramental preparation in school. Our catechist will visit the classrooms twice a month from October to June to teach and prepare the children to receive the sacrament of confirmation. Parents, please note that regular attendance is a requirement in order to receive the sacrament.

Private, Public and Homeschool

Students in private, public and homeschool, will be required to attend classes in person at the parish twice a month. Classes will take place on Thursdays from 6 - 7 pm starting in October until June. Parents, please note that regular attendance is a requirement in order to receive the sacrament. Please check back in August for our class schedule.

Confirmation Retreat

All confirmandi are required to participate in our confirmation retreat which will take place on a Saturday in February from 10 am - 3:30 pm in the Church Hall. Date TBD.

St. Timothy's Youth Ministry (S.T.Y.M.)

In addition to our sacramental prep program and retreat, all youth from Gr. 6-12 are encouraged to participate in our Youth Ministry.

Here's what you will need to register your child for our CON Sacramental Prep Program:

• Submit our online registration form (below)
• Upload a copy of your child's Catholic baptismal certificate (even if your child was baptized at St. Timothy Catholic Church)
• Submit the $50 program fee to the parish office

It will help us greatly if you can submit all these items by November 15, 2025, however, please still contact us if you miss this deadline.

Parent Requirement

Each parent is required to attend two Faith Formation programs - one in the fall and one in the winter. Details will be provided once you submit the online registration.
