Catholic Rosary on a table

Rosary Marathon to end the Covid-19 Pandemic

As we begin the month of May, Pope Francis is encouraging Catholics across the globe to pray the Rosary in the month of May for an end to the pandemic.

St. Timothy Parish

On the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima (May 13th) from 7:00pm - 8:00pm, St. Timothy's will livestream an hour of prayer for:

    • The end to the Covid-19 pandemic
    • Reparation for the sins of the world and conversion of souls
    • Priests and bishops
    • St. Timothy parishioners affected by the virus, the lockdowns and “stay-home” orders and the many who have no family support in this country

During the Month of May (from Tuesday to Saturday), following 9:00am Mass, Fr. Galen and Fr. Daren will offer the Rosary on LiveStream feed, click below.

Papal Initiative

Pope Francis is urging Catholics to pray the Rosary daily during the month of May for an end to the COVID-19 pandemic. The initiative involves 30 Marian Shrines from various parts of the world. Click below to acces the schedule (PDF) of the various shrines participating each day. Canada will participate on May 23rd from Notre-Dame du Cap.

Pope Francis will open the Marian month of prayer on May 1st with a Rosary broadcast across Vatican Media’s platforms. Each day, Vatican News will broadcast the recitation of the Rosary at 6:00pm Rome time (12 noon EST) from the various Shrines taking part in the initiative.

Pope Francis will also close the initiative on 31 May with another specially-broadcast Rosary.
