Volunteer Screening Ministries

Volunteer Screening Committee welcomes all new volunteers either in general risk or high-risk Ministry categories.

Once a volunteer position has been determined you will need to fill up one of the volunteer application screening forms available on this page and submit it through email to John Monteiro at jmonteiro@archtoronto.org or drop it off at the parish office. Please complete only the form that you have been instructed to use.
