On Nov. 2, His Eminence Frank Cardinal Leo visited St. Anne’s Parish in Brampton, Ont., celebrating the noon Mass on the Feast of All Souls. The community warmly welcomed Cardinal Leo on this special occasion – marking his first visit to the St. Anne’s Parish community.

The Knights of Columbus graciously served as an honour guard for His Eminence. During the Mass, he reflected on the Communion of Saints and the importance of praying for the souls in purgatory. He also encouraged all parish ministries, especially those dedicated to serving the needy, to continue their good and faithful work. As a sign of affection and spiritual unity, all parish ministries presented a spiritual bouquet for the repose of the soul of Cardinal Leo’s father, the late Francesco Leo.

Following the Mass, Cardinal Leo met and greeted parishioners in the Stevenson Room, sharing words of joy, encouragement, and blessing. The Catholic Women’s League graciously prepared and hosted the reception. His visit brought great joy and inspiration to everyone present, and his presence truly made a meaningful and memorable difference in the life of our parish community.
