Counters

St Timothy Counting Groups comprise of volunteers, who are responsible for counting all weekly and special donations that is collected during our weekend  Masses. Presently, there are four teams of 5 or more members. Each team follows established procedures for counting all collections and other parish income sources, preparation of bank deposits, and depositing funds to the Bank.  Also, preparation of financial documents, which are forwarded to our parish bookkeeper, and our parish secretary. Some of our volunteers have been in this ministry for at least 30 years. New volunteers are welcome.  

Assist in counting the weekly collections each Monday morning.
