Our Lady of Miraculous Medal Praesidium

Our Lady of Miraculous Medal Praesidium was founded by Fr. Daren Bryk on September 19, 2015.

 In Legion of Mary, members are army set in battle array. Bytaking their place in the ranks of the Legion, members promise to be faithful to God and march with Mary to renew the face of the earth.

The object of the Legion of Mary is the glory of God through the sanctification of its members by prayer and active cooperation, under ecclesiastical guidance, in Mary’s and the Church’s work of crushing the head of the serpent and advancing the reign of Christ. Every legionaries actively carry out a weekly apostolic work in the spirit of faith and in union with Mary. Apostolic Works undertaken:
1. Sacred Heart Enthronement
2. Pilgrim Virgin Visits to homes
3. Door to door visitation
4. Crowd contacts
5. Visiting the auxiliaries
6. Visiting the sick and elderly
7. And other Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy approved by the Parish priest.

For spiritual growth and development the Legionaries prepare days of prayer and reflection. We go to retreat places like St. Augustine Seminary. Pilgrimages to Teopoli and many other pilgrim centers organized by Curia and Parish. We invite friends, families and those interested to come to our weekly meetings as guests. After they have decided to be members, they start on a probation for three months and take their Legionary promise to the Blessed Mother.
