Jesus Club

The Jesus Club is a great children’s ministry full of fun. This ministry started about 15 years ago in St. Timothy's parish and was instituted by Fr Mark Syrenne, a Companions of the Cross Priest. We have since run the programme and meet 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month. We begin at 9:45 a.m. and close by 11:45 a.m. We believe that being friends with Jesus is not a boring thing. We enjoy games, watch movies, have Christmas parties, family day get togethers and hunting for Easter eggs are just to name a few. Apart from the fun, we make sure that the children are taught the teachings of the catholic faith - the do’s and the don’ts. In addition once a year the children and their families are taken on a retreat to have a deeper encounter with Christ or may go on a pilgrimage.
